Silvestre Kraus yerba mate is a product of exquisite flavor and fragrant mint aroma.

It is a yerba mate with stem. It has been elaborated following an exclusive drying process that consists of indirect heating through the heat produced by a boiler. In this way a smokeless tea is obtained, with a really mild flavor and a pleasant aroma.

Due to the different production and drying process without smoke, Kraus Mate differs in taste and smell from other yerba mate infusions.

Kraus yerba mate is produced under a long family tradition since the early twentieth century, working the land in compliance with the principles and requirements of sustainable agriculture.

The plantations are located in Colonia Santo Domingo Savio, San Ignacio, province of Misiones. Very close to San Ignacio Miní; one of the 30 most important people of the “missions founded by the Jesuits” in the region.
