In the aroma of this yerba mate, sweet herbs appear with more intensity than spicy ones. The aroma is complex and sweetness is added by chamomile, lemon balm, incayuyo, coriander and fennel. However, in the mouth the balsamic bitterness of boldo appears, and mint and pennyroyal give it a spicier note. Due to this complexity of aromas and flavors, it combines with a wide range of foods, but we are going to suggest savory and sweet versions from the Cuyo area.
